Bloques horarios / Bloque horario / Horario de los drivers
Un bloque horario se le llama a determinado horario que un driver escogió para atender órdenes.
Un driver puede estar activo todo el día y la noche si lo desea, y puede tomar todas las órdenes que quiera, aunque no sea su bloque horario. Sin embargo, el bloque horario se hace para asegurar que contamos con drivers en cada horario que se necesita. Usualmente, hay 2 drivers por bloque horario.
Durante ese bloque horario, el driver está obligado a tomar las órdenes. De lo contrario, su perfil se verá afectado y podría ser suspendido. Por esta razón, cuando nadie está tomando las órdenes en determinado bloque horario, se debe contactar rápidamente al driver asignado para que pueda tomarlas él.
